Community Services Committee Update

The Community Services Committee’s mission is to coordinate or create activities and programs to benefit members, local charities as well as overseeing chapter fundraising for our chosen causes. We will engage in partnerships with Midwest charities to create personal volunteer opportunities for chapter members, and to give back to the local community.

Due to the pandemic, the mission has evolved into not only partnerships with local charities but also include initiatives to show support to our membership specially those impacted by COVID19. We will create activities that will allow for increased opportunities for networking, education, awareness of social issues, donation of food and surplus goods, and volunteer service to area food drive programs.

Save the Date for our collaboration with Professional Development Committee for another installment of GMCPCMA Lunch and Learn -February 22, 2021 from 12-1pm for a Career Guidance Webinar by Career Advancement Services.
