September also represents the beginning of the harvest season. Think about what you have planted in the previous months and now it is harvest time. Whether you planted the seed to increase your knowledge in implementing DEI and sustainability practices into your events, or if you planted seeds of mentorship within our industry, or you planted seeds of learning how to network differently to increase ROI, now is the time to reap from your harvest.
