The newly created Inclusion, Diversity, & Equity Task Force of the Greater Midwest Chapter has been formed to engage the GMC community in open and honest conversations on racial bias and diversity in the industry, and the experiences of Black and POC business event professionals. The task force will host a series of webinars in the coming months, with the first webinar, Bold & Brave: Telling Our Stories to be held on Thursday, August 20th. More information on the task force’s mission and initiatives. as well as a registration link for the first webinar, will be sent out soon.
