“Managing High-Performing Teams” with Best-in-Class Speaker, Melissa Lamson of Lamson Consulting LLC.

Leaders can always find ways to improve their team’s performance and ensure they’re meeting deliverables the best way they can. Through the sharing of an expert model, interactive discussion and activities, this session will focus on how to create and sustain a high-performing team. Lamson will show us how to optimally manage teams in all stages: Forming, storming, norming and performing.

Attendees will learn to:

• Assess where their team is currently. (Stages of Teams Model)
• Guide the team through their current stage and into the next.
• Manage conflict and collusion (Storming) most effectively.
• Develop best practices for managing a high-performing team.
• Keep a team at a consistent level of high performance.
