Silent Auction & Wine Pull Donations Requested!

Proceeds from these activities directly support PCMA GMC’s mission to strengthen and build our community, funding valuable educational programming, networking opportunities, and initiatives that connect and empower our members. We are seeking donations of wine, spirits, and champagne, as well as silent auction items to help raise funds at this year’s event. Whether it’s a favorite bottle of wine, a gift card, unique
experience, event tickets, or specialty item, your generosity will help ensure the Bowl Bash is a success and our community continues to thrive.

How you can contribute:

Wine Pull Donations:
Provide a bottle (or more!) of wine, spirits, or champagne to be featured in our popular wine pull. Complete this form to let us know you will be donating. If you would like to provide a monetary donation toward purchasing wine, there is a place in the form for that.

Silent Auction Donations:
Contribute items such as experiences, services, tickets, or gift cards. Please note: all items should be digital. If donating a physical item or basket, please plan to arrange shipping after the event. Complete this form to let us know what you will be donating.

Event Policies

• ​​​​​Online Registration: Online registration will close 3 business days prior to the event date.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. If a registrant cancels within 7 days of the event, they will forfeit 50% of the registration fee. If a registrant cancels within 3 days of the event, they forfeit the entire registration fee. No shows forfeit the entire registration fee. If a registration refund is owed, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original method of payment.
• Registration Transfer Policy: Requests to transfer registration from one individual to another will be accepted in writing via email to [email protected] and must be made before the online registration deadline (3 business days prior to the event date). After this date, the new individual must register on site.
• Walk in Policy: We highly recommend registering online before the event. Any attendee who registers on site will be charged an extra 10% of the applicable registration fee for their membership type. Onsite registration may not always be available. Please check the event website regularly for the latest updates and current walk-in registration policy.
