PCMA GREATER MIDWEST CHAPTER MOVES AWARDS CELEBRATION TO FALL 2021 TO ACCOMMODATE MORE ATTENDEES
CHICAGO, IL: — On June 7th the PCMA GMC board of directors voted to move the 2020 Awards Celebration to September 28, 2021 in Chicago, IL. The event will also have a digital component for those who cannot make the event in person.
“While the PCMA GMC leadership understood this would be a further inconvenience for those already planning on the June date and for the winners to be celebrated so late in the year, we wanted to create the best attendee experience possible at this point. Moving the date will allow our capacity to grow from 100 to 250+ and allow our digital taskforce the time to plan a truly amazing hybrid event,” said Molly Witges, 2021 President, PCMA GMC. “We have done our best to accommodate the overall industry event calendar, along with member and committee feedback in our decision and date choice. This year has required flexibility while also thinking of the operational and fiscal health of our chapter, so we thank all of our sponsors and members for their support.”
