Back 2 School Illinois has launched its “Notes of Inspiration” Program for the homebound. This is a great program that people can do from the comfort and safety of their own homes. It is a fun activity that encourages creativity as well as allows folks stuck at home to do something rewarding and impactful.
For interested individuals, simply go to this website to order notecards which will be sent directly to your home. Once the notecards arrive, simply write notes of encouragement and send them back in the envelope that will be provided. The Back2School staff will put these notes in each kit so that each child receives a note. These notes serve to boost the recipients’ self-esteem and to let them know that someone is out there rooting for them.
