Jill Buckley – National Account Executive at Meet Minneapolis

Jill Buckley has joined Meet Minneapolis as a national account executive. In this role, she will lead the sales effort in the Northeast association and corporate meetings market. Additionally, Buckley will be responsible for sales efforts in the government meetings market across the country. Most recently, Buckley served as sales manager for GES, a global event marketing company.

Katie Callahan-Giobbi – Chief Operating Officer at Association Forum

Katie Callahan-Giobbi is being inducted into the BizBash Hall of Fame in recognition of her dedication and leadership in the meetings and events industry. Callahan-Giobbi, who is chief operating officer of Association Forum, has over 30 years of experience as a leader in the industry. She previously held positions at Minding Your Business, Meeting Professionals International, LA INC (now LA Tourism) and W Hotels. The ceremony will take place on September 12 at a reception at Chicago’s Field Museum.

Amanda Gustafson – Account Executive at Convention Data Services

Convention Data Services has made strategic changes to its national sales organization to expand its sales presence in the Chicago market. Amanda Gustafson has been promoted to account executive and will open the organization’s Chicago office. Previously, she served as onsite services manager.

Jay Marsh – Senior Sales Consultant at Steelcase Event Experiences

Steelcase Event Experiences has hired Jay Marsh as a business development consultant. In this role, he is responsible for driving new business nationwide, with a focus on the East Coast. Marsh previously spent 13 years with Visit Dallas, where he served as Mid-Atlantic regional director of sales.
