Kelly Ricker has been name Secretary-Treasurer of the PCMA International Board of Directors for the 2020 term.
Rori Ferensic, Senior Director of Education, Destinations International
Destinations International has appointed Rori Ferensic as its new senior director of education. She will be responsible for the development of integrated curricula and programs that enhance the professional development of Destinations International members; directing initiatives to create educational opportunities for the annual convention, summit meetings, certification programs, and online offerings; and assisting with the development of a comprehensive education strategy for the organization. Previously, Ferensic served as director of education and credentialing at the National Automatic Merchandising Association
