Choose Chicago has announced the promotion of Dawn Young, CEM, from Senior Director of Sales to the position of Vice President of Hotel Sales. Young, who has more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and tourism, joined the Choose Chicago team in 2005 as Director of Association Sales.

Deborah Sexton of DLS & Associates will be inducted into the Events Industry Council’s Hall of Leaders in October 2018. The Events Industry Council is awarding Deborah with this high honor for her contributions to the events industry and demonstrated versatility that has impacted and redefined meetings, conventions, exhibits, and travel.
The awards celebration will be held during the IMEX America trade show in Las Vegas.
