Join us on September 19 at the Orthopaedic Learning Center in Rosemont, IL for our Fall Educational Program.
Speaker Randy Fox will help us transform the way we live, work and lead our lives to exude the qualities, character and integrity of a leader that others will want to follow. In his talk “A Leader Worth Following”, we will unpack the five elements to being a leader: Influence – Trust – Character – Passion – Leaving a legacy and be inspired to succeed.

About Randy Fox:
Randy Fox uses his officiating, leadership, and life experiences in delivering ultra high energy presentations to engage audiences and transform their professional and personal lives.
With a twenty-year career as a corporate leader and an accomplished NCAA Basketball Official, Randy has a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective on effective leadership and teamwork.
His focus is team-building and advocating for the potential in all in order to turn everyday people into superstar leaders. His leadership expertise emphasizes interpersonal value systems and productivity, believing that from one the other naturally follows.

OLC Education & Conference Center Parking:
A parking garage is located adjacent to the 9400 building for OLC meeting attendee use. Parking is Free – when parking meeting participants need to take a ticket at the gate in the parking garage and have it validated at the security desk when they arrive in the 9400 building or prior to leaving the building.
Local attendees should NOT park in the Hampton Inn and Suites parking lot unless they are registered guests at the hotel. Non-guest vehicles are subject to towing.
